Try this in California, USA... In my hometown of Fresno the drivers have no respect for motorcycles. It could be challenging. Although a long flight to get here.

ghostrider said...

Well , we like challenges ....we will surely give it a thought

Anonymous said...

LOL try that in either south america (chile or mexico) or Miami FL where people DONT RESPECT RIDERS :( !! but we have reaaaaaaaaaalllly long straight highways :D!

ghostrider said...

Well the ghostrider might consider it as an option....Thankyou

Connecticut, usa. Plenty of secondary roads and the cops need a good bitch slap.

It would have been nice if Gostrider came to Norway and fucked up with the police. They really need something to talk about on the news... And Ghostrider would have been something to see at the television at the news!:)

Hope you visit you're neighbourcountry as soon as possible!

Anonymous said...

Come to Greece. Either to Athens, or Thessaloniki. Let us know before though. The police here is in bad shape, as well as the roads, but give it a thought.. Greek islands, party all night.. haha

Madison Wisconsin in the USA has some great street layouts, a major interstate system is on the east end of the city, downtown is litered with smooth side streets, the capitol building would be an awsome back drop for a rolling "castle seige" type burnout, the city is sorounded by 2 lakes, and traffic is awful rider friendly too! The cops will try to chase but won't if they are completely outrun right from the get go... kinda like Sweden. Not a big city but plenty of places to get outta town and hide at. Close to the Canada border too! LA and New York are suicide, go where there is no chance of them seeing it coming! No helicopters either unless ordered before hand! About 150 cops and 50 cop cars in total too, only 20 or so on duty at any given time from the way it seems and they have more to do than chase bikes around. ;) Good luck Mr. Ghost Rider. Maybie see you on the streets!

-Grimm Rider, haha GR, haha... kinda funny how my nick is the same as yours in the initials.

Anonymous said...

Texas? Whatever kind of road you want, we have it. Tight knee dragging twisties, hundred mile straightaways, metro, country, everything in between. Our cops think they're all hot shit, and deserve to be shown that many people choose to respect them, and aren't forced to like they believe.

Joss said...

Hello, delight in your technique of ride. How does your family react on your work? How many years does plan yet to drive? You are the best.

Anonymous said...

You can always come to Bosnia and Herzegovina and if you wont to come here just let me know that i can watch you wile you ride:D:D!!!

Anonymous said...

I think the UK has some suitable motorway routes that would work for this style of shooting.. Also Rotterdam to Brussles with those long tunnels just outside Antwerp would be good shooting.

Also guys, step up to hiDef cameras and really try to mount without screen glare.

Keep up the good work. Rubber side down !!

Patrik , when is planned release Ghost Rider 6 , maybe its summer 2009 and what is "Speeddemons ft ghostrider " please aswer my questions
Go to USA and kick ass their american cops ,its will be very funny for all yours fan !!!

P.S. Biggest your fan !

Anonymous said...

I think Las Vegas or New York would be amazing. Though technically more challenging in NY. There is a highway around manhattan, but the authorities are jumpy and would probably lay chase with helicopters and jets.

Anonymous said...

Try to repeat your feats in Ukraine ... You'll be surprised by "skills" of our motorists)))

Anonymous said...

police in USA - sucks!

In Ukraine police most wicked and you will never escape from them!!

Anonymous said...

If you can come to Bulgaria not many good roads, but if Patrik is going to come we will organize something for sure. Police are fine.

Anonymous said...

u.s 129 deals gap with the pocket bike

Anonymous said...

welcome to russia!

Anonymous said...

You should come to Holland and challenge the police, would be so cool to watch. A lot of programs on tv showed that most of the escape moves failed, also the ones of motorbikes and mopeds. It would be nice to have GR in Holland to play with the police.

Finland! You should show that it is possible also in here....
I believe in you, and I will wait this to happen

hey, try coming to portugal,
all highways are major packed with cars, who dont have any turning signals, cause i never see them flashing when i'm riding, the cops think they're the greatest, with their hidden radars, tuned imprezas and beemers 330D.theres fine straights, loads of wheelie popping up and downhills..maybe a dvd "riding iberic peninsule" portugal spain..i've heard that the guardia civil police in spain is on the catch too...bring it to portugal, lisbon!!

Some years ago a Hungarian motorcycle journalist (Superbike mag.) made a trip across the country on board a nearly stock GSX-R1000. The distance was around 570 km (between the two farthermost points of the country) and it took him about 2 hours and 59 minutes. (he stopped 4 times for refuelling which took 5 minutes each, so the average speed was at around 215 km/h)

Anonymous said...

Ghost Rider gogo-Russia fack Russha Stupid Police!!

Anonymous said...

I think Russia is the most interesting if we talking about police hardness. In Russia we got motorcycle policemans, that got BMW 1200RT motorcycles on duty with digital videofixing of the rules violations.
In Moscow: http://gallery.sportedu.ru/main.php?g2_itemId=34746
In Moscow region: http://gallery.sportedu.ru/main.php?g2_itemId=34790
They are easy to get angry when you need it. All their bases are known, so you will not hanging around spending a day trying to find this guys. This chase will be really interesting to watch.
Another side of this theme is that Russia is a real paradise for corruptionist :) bribes here are low and there is no chance to face a policeman that can reject. For example driving in a wrong direction of the road will cost you about 150 euro, if you will be catched of cource :).
Russia is cheaper, more beautiful in architecture and here are best girls :) All our motorcycle community is ready to help you with filming.
There are a lot of more advantages. If you need an advice of a resident of Moscow or Saint-Petersburg, email me at psydominator@ya.ru
Good luck Patrik!

Unknown said...

The best Challenge I can suggest is riding in Belgium, A good filming oppertunity is from Ostend straight to Brussels. Its a 120 km run with not a lot of traffic (beware of rush hour)
And normally the police here doesn't go faster than 200 - 230 km/h in a chase. just watch out for police helicopters.
The run itself is a long almost straight piece of highway with much a lot of exits.
but beware, the police like to block the highway if they really want to get you!
Any questions?

A Ghost Rider fan

You wish to take pleasure from stunt? Come to Ukraine! We have the worst roads of the world! We have the most backward cops in the world, they will never catch you! But we have something more extreme! They are our drivers! They are the most dangerous in the world! They almost always go drunk, their actions it is impossible to guess! They idiots on the roads, and also they are ready to bring down you at any moment!
Besides we have the most bad roads, them it is possible to tell is not present, there are only directions! We have such holes on roads, that you can fail in them together with your bike! I any more do not speak about open hatches on roads! I personally saw, how one has fallen in the hatch and he has broken off on a part!
If you wish to live do not come to us! I have warned you!

Don't try Brazil. The roads here, specially in great centers are almost russian roullete. Riders are disrespect everyday in every corner. Would be nice to see you here, but for you own health, stay at home.

Anonymous said...

Try the north island, New Zealand.
A few well known country/waterside roads that a few wanabee GR's like "oneliterclub" ride on, and plenty of race tracks, fast roads etc. Thoughts?

Anonymous said...

Team up with the NZ Mormon Few. Together you will both OWN NZ.

I've been a long time fan of the whole world of GR, I would love to see a Ghost Rider Vancover B.C. with side cameras set up to capture the mountians and the ocean in the backround as he does the dance with the vancoover streets and makes his way to the to the trans canada highway to "Stretch his legs" in some really nice long stretches through the mountians with nice tight corners. could even give the Vancouver to Calgary a new record!
A lot of fans on the canadian west coast would be a dream come true.

Greetings from Romania!

If you know something about this country..very dangerous and corrupt. We have some very bad roads but not all of them.We have only 2 highways...the capital is Bucharest, where i live and it's very populated..the traffic is lighter only late at night...
I don't know if i'm the first one to propose this country, but i think it will be a real tough challenge even for GR here..cops here don't have fast cars and their bikes are some BMW's but they are no match for a GSXR 1000..it would be damn fucking fun when a Dacia Logan(car) with 75 hp will start their siren and try to get you =)))
I also think you should know that Gr team has big fans here,in our country, too.Because of the traffic more and more people are getting 2 wheeled scooters or bikes. It is one of my dreams to see you here...
Best of wishes&respect for GHOSTRIDER!!!

(Disclamer: My words are not supposed to push someone to violate swiss laws, it is just a free way of thinking. I am not suggesting to come and violate rules & laws of Switzerland I am just describing the sctrict situation on a Swiss roads. I have no responsioility for the effect my sentences may cause to drive riders to come to violate rules of CH. It is their own responsibility. Always stick to laws & rules!)

Hello from Cuba!

I can suggest you to turn your eyes towards Switzerland.

It is small, nice and very strict country, which has very strict laws and efficient police. Number of radars in Switzerland is amazingly big, between Geneva & Lausanne I counted approximatly 25 rards in 50 km. Switzerland is the only country in the world, which catched almost all riders of Cannon Ball ride in 2007 and put them into prison :)

The limit on motorways is 120 km/h, and if you drive 200 or so, your bike is confiscated, you are fined by % of your salary per year (which results in huge money, like 30k USD per year) and so on (I was told about that by my friend from Switzerland). So, taking into account that Switzerland is pretty close to Sweden, I suggest you to try it.

The recomended way for you is to start at Geneva and go by motorway to Lausanne, Bern and Basel. Then you can exit at Germany. It is important for you to try exactly Geneva - Lausanne, as this is the most strict piece of road in the world :) Good luck!

come to the uk! scotland has some great roads, also a scotland-england race or scotland-france race might be an idea!!

the craziest place you guys could fuck up would be los angeles. You guys are already badass and have an infamous reputation, but to smash down the 110 and the 101 would be fukn insane. Theirs the reflector lights in the road, fukd up roads constantly in maintenance, and the cops dip around in fast ass dodge chargers. Maybe too sketch. A realistic yet still badass would be if you guys smash down the 210 from pasadena, ca 30 miles down the road to the 15. the 210 is relatively new and its a smooth ride. Shit, LA to fukn vegas. Keep up the good work guys, fukn badass. ride hard and don't forget, fuck the police. be safe though, if i hear you fukd up in LA ill feel real guilty, i got faith in u though, ive watched all your fukn tapes

ITALY!

Anonymous said...

Hi,
I would suggest Germany. I know you have been there before but this time go to Munich. We have wonderful highways here, many side roads for great escape chances. The police here are probably more challenging than in Stockholm so it would make a good challenge.

Big Respect for you man.

Thanks and have a good ride ;)

In Malaysia...the speed limits are 110km/h
can you make a different with add 330km/h
